About me

Lenna Jawdat, LICSW, RYT
Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki master

I am trained in brain-body techniques such as EMDR and trauma sensitive yoga that help us to access trauma stored in the body and calm the nervous system. I am LGBTQ+ and poly-friendly, have experience in anti-trafficking and cross-cultural work and conducted research on discrimination among Arab- and Muslim-Americans in the US

Each person is an expert on their own life, so I work with each of my clients to create a safe, non-judgmental, and customized experience that will suit their needs. Psychotherapy / EMDR Therapy

(Online) I offer a non-judgmental confidential space for you to process trauma, explore identity and relationships, and examine stressors. I use social-justice oriented, psychodynamically informed EMDR therapy and body-focused talk therapy. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
